In response to the outbreak, the UK adopted a state of 'lockdown' on the 23rd March for a provisional 3 week period. This is expected to be extended to anything up to 12 weeks, and potentially into the Summer months.

Excellent agency
Excellent agency with a very good bunch of folks working there. Extremely professional & always prompt. Rented a flat from them where I lived until recently (for 3 years with family) and they maintained the same standards of service throughout, whenever I needed to contact them. Highly recommended !!
Great tenant
Great tenant support - was with them for two years as a student and they treated us respectfully and like adults (which is often not the case in a student-letting agent relationship). Always responsive to emails and quick, efficient sorting of maintenance requirements. Only negative I can recall was not getting full deposit returned at the end of the lease - this was a small contention to do with repainting walls (that we as tenants argued would be happening for the next tenants regardless and disputed paying for it as exiting residents). Would highly recommend.
Excellent process
Excellent and Kind process service provided by Clan Gordon and need to say that I rate them among the Top Rated Agencies with whom I have rented house. Sad to leave this place and leave back to my native country but I will really wish and hope to be in touch with this Agency for any future house vacancies at Edinburgh. Clan Gordon were incredible helpful with our recent move into a rental property! We had to move in 2 weeks earlier than planned and they managed to turn everything around so quickly and easily. They also provided several new appliances in our flat for us that we thought we would have to buy.
